We have returned back to our normal store hours. The Appleton location is open Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. Both Milwaukee locations, Brookfield and Greenfield are open Monday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
We Have Online and In Store Pick-Up Options
Did you know that you can order from Fava Tea Company at www.FavaTea.com anytime for home delivery using USPS or in-store pick up? Please note that we try our best to fill orders the same day for pick up; however, orders for pick up may take up to 48 hours to fulfill if we have to blend it or have it transferred from another Fava Tea Company location. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up! If we cannot notify you with the number provided for the order, we will then notify you via email.
We’re proud to offer in-store tasting samples every day and sensory sample jars for you to smell every tea in stock! We do ask, however, that for the health and safety of our TEAm and other customers, you let us handle the tins from the walls.
As of January 1, 2022, we are no longer refilling bags or tins in-store or offering refill discounts. We apologize or any inconvenience, but want to emphasize that we are hard at work finding other environmentally friendly methods for the future!
Because our loose leaf tea is a food grade product, we cannot return any tea once it has been packaged and left our store. For tea ware returns, you will get an in-store credit for any return with your receipt if (1) the purchase was within 30 days, (2) the tea ware is not damaged due to abuse, excessive wear, or mishandling, and (3) not used or dirty. No receipt is needed if a Tea Club member purchased the item. All returned Tea Wares refund payments are valid as in-store credit only.
