Milk Oolong is one of the most exquisite and finest Oolongs ever created regarding production and character. Our blend is produced by hand in the Fujian Province of China. After withering, the moist leaves are heated for a short period of time in milk water steam which creates a beautiful, light olive – green leaf and cup color. The leaves are rolled and dried manually which is what invokes the creamy scent and taste.
